Who We Are
We are a Christian faith-based organization that follows the values, principles, and teaching of Jesus as defined in the Bible. Our primary purpose is to selflessly serve God. Our developmental products and educational services are designed to foster mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. Specifically, growth as a Christian leader.
Our Team's Mission
We increase leader capacity by:
- Fostering self-awareness
- Increasing social understanding
- Empowering leader attributes (what a leader is)
- Enabling leader competencies (what a leader does)
- Shaping leader identity
Our Story
The team members that work within the LEAD Leadership laboratory have decades of leadership training, education, and experience serving as leaders in the military, in community churches, in public education, for nonprofits, and within different corporate sectors throughout America.
The two co-founders of LEAD have over 55 years of uniformed experience serving as senior enlisted and commissioned leaders in the United States Army.
